The tensile strength of a four-roll plate rolling machine: This is the ultimate strength of a metal composite material when it undergoes a yielding state, that is, the stress that resists a small amount of plastic deformation. For metal composite materials without significant yielding, the ultimate strength is defined as the stress value that causes 0.2% residual deformation, called the standard ultimate strength or tensile strength. External forces exceeding this limit may cause permanent damage to the part, making it irreparable. For example, the ultimate strength of high-carbon steel is 207 MPa. When the external force exceeds this limit, the part may undergo permanent deformation; below this limit, the part will continue to restore its original shape.

While ensuring the high efficiency and energy saving of the Shenchong four-roll plate rolling machine, it is recommended that customers perform routine maintenance:
1. According to the lubrication plan of the equipment, lubricate each oil level indicator and manual lubrication point as required.
2. Roll the steel coil according to the parameters required by the CNC automatic plate rolling machine, for example: steel coil thickness 20 mm, maximum length 2500 mm, and the tensile strength of the steel coil material is less than 250 MPa.
3. After connecting the power supply, perform the forward and reverse movements of the lower roller and the lifting movement of the upper roller to check for any abnormal jamming.
4. Strictly follow the sheet metal steel coil production process and operating procedures. Pay close attention to the safe operation of the equipment when the upper roller is at its limit.
5. After the main drive system is shut down, the upper roller can be raised, the rotating bearings adjusted, and the upper roller tilted.
6. During operation, if any irregular noise, impact, or other abnormal conditions are detected, immediately shut down the machine for inspection.
7. During operation, all personnel must coordinate with each other and follow the instructions of the person in charge of steel coil operation. Do not start the machine without a valid command.
8. When handling steel coils, be extremely careful to avoid your hands being caught in the stainless steel plate or being caught in the steel plate.
9. When using a crane to lift steel plates or wire rope drums, be careful not to collide with the equipment.
After the steel coil is finished, ensure the work is completed, the work area is clean, and perform necessary maintenance on the equipment. Immediately disconnect the power.
