When purchasing, you can request the manufacturer to provide a roller hardness test report, or conduct an on-site test to check if the diameter difference between the two ends of the rolled cylinder is less than 2mm.

IV. Operation and Maintenance Tips for Avoiding Pitfalls Even with the best equipment, improper operation can easily lead to problems. Here are some practical tips for hydraulic four-roll plate bending machines: "Center first, then apply pressure"—the plate must be aligned with the center of the roller, otherwise misalignment and twisting will occur; "Apply pressure in stages, avoid one-time forming"—especially for thick plates, it is recommended to apply pressure gradually in 3-5 stages, with each feed not exceeding 5mm, which can effectively prevent overload and plate breakage; "Lubricate frequently, change gearbox oil every six months"—the reducer and sliding parts of the four-roll plate bending machine need to be regularly lubricated with lithium-based grease, otherwise gear wear will accelerate.
