(1) Upper and lower rollers of the four-roll plate rolling machine: These are important components of the rolling machine. They are made of precision forgings, rough-machined with machining allowance, heat-treated, and then precision-machined, with the roller surface finally quenched.

(2) Four-roll plate rolling machine frame: There are two frames, one on the left and one on the right. These are welded steel plate structures, treated to remove welding stress. The frame has a lower roller bearing. Inside the frame is a square threaded screw, the upper end of which is hinged to the bearing seats at both ends of the upper roller. A worm gear pair and a helical pair are installed at the bottom. The upper roller is raised or lowered by rotating the nut in the worm gear.

(3) Support roller device: Used to support the middle of the lower roller, improving the rigidity of the lower roller and thus improving the forming accuracy of the workpiece. (4) Reducer: Both the main and auxiliary reducers are cylindrical gear reducers. They are installed on the working base along with the shims.

One main motor drives the lower roller to rotate, and one auxiliary motor drives the upper roller to lift.
