What are the characteristics of a guillotine shearing machine?

The hydraulic shearing machine is a product developed by JUGAO CNC MACHINE based on years of experience in shearing machine production and continuous absorption of advanced technologies from home and abroad. The machine's hydraulic and electrical systems are advanced, simple, practical, and highly reliable. It is suitable for general machinery manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, container manufacturing, switchgear, and light industry, and can be used for the linear shearing of various metal materials (tensile strength σb≤450N/mm2), correspondingly reducing the shearing thickness. It can also shear low-alloy steel, stainless steel, spring steel, and other plates with high tensile strength.

The hydraulic shearing machine mainly has the following characteristics:

(1) It adopts an integral welded frame structure and undergoes vibration aging treatment, resulting in good machine rigidity, high precision, and good precision retention.

(2) It adopts a three-point supported rolling guide rail. The upper blade holder rolls without gap between the rolling guide rails. The blade gap can be adjusted by turning the handwheel, and the blade gap value corresponds to the plate thickness displayed on the gap table.

(3) Movable blade support and four-blade long blades facilitate adjustment of blade gap uniformity, improving shearing quality and extending blade life.

(4) A tandem hydraulic cylinder synchronization system ensures uniform force distribution on the machine tool. Adjusting the oil volume in the tandem cylinders allows for easy adjustment of the shearing angle to accommodate different plate thicknesses.

(5) A motorized back gauge and electronic counter facilitate adjustment of the back gauge position.

(6) A hydraulic pressure feeder enhances shearing reliability.

(7) A roller support table and support bar facilitate feeding during shearing.

(9) A steel ruler-mounted front gauge perpendicular to the lower blade meets the user's front positioning operation requirements.

(10) The hydraulic system uses a bladder-type accumulator as auxiliary energy, simultaneously absorbing pressure shocks, resulting in smooth machine operation and low noise.
