1. All components of the hydraulic transmission system should operate sensitively and reliably, with system pressure meeting requirements.

2. The gear transmission, electrical, and hydraulic components of the equipment should not produce irregular impact noises or periodic screeching sounds during operation.

3. When the hydraulic system of the plate rolling machine is operating, the oil temperature in the tank should generally not exceed 50 degrees Celsius. After 4 hours of continuous full-load operation, the oil temperature in the tank should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius.

4. Within the operating range, the hydraulic transmission components should not exhibit vibration, creep, stagnation, or significant impact. The amplitude of its no-load operation should generally not exceed 30μm.

5. When the plate rolling machine is running no-load, the noise level should not exceed 90dB.

6. The mechanical transmission system operates normally, smoothly, without abnormal noise, and the braking is sensitive and reliable.

7. There must be no leakage in hydraulic components and pipelines.
