The profile bending machine is a linear downward-adjustable profile bending machine. Two side rollers are the main drive rollers, or three working rollers can be used. The upper roller is fixed in position, and the lower roller clamps the workpiece upwards to prevent cross-sectional deformation. The two side rollers move linearly up and down corresponding to the upper roller, hydraulically controlled with digital displacement display, which facilitates control of the profile forming process. CNC support rollers and torsion correction devices on both sides help ensure the rolling quality of asymmetrical cross-section profiles and the formation of hyperboloidal workpieces.
