The basis for the development, coordination and approval of the technical specifications for the acquisition of a hand-held laser welding machine (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment) is the production need for fast and high-quality welding and surfacing of parts made of various metals and alloys, including satisfactorily weldable, limitedly weldable and poorly weldable metals, obtaining higher-quality welded parts in terms of thermal conductivity (laser welding affects the metal with lower impact energy, which ultimately reduces the heat-affected zone), welding titanium, aluminum, copper, cleaning various surfaces from rust, scale, and certain types of paints and varnishes.

The equipment is designed for a variety of welding operations in individual, small-scale and serial production and must perform the following functions:
1. Welding and surfacing mode for various grades of steel: carbon, alloy, high-alloy (with high content of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and other elements), heat-resistant, heat-resistant, stainless steels, aluminum alloys, titanium and its alloys.
2. A mode for cleaning metals from various contaminants (corrosion, oils and lubricants, some types of paints and varnishes).
3. Cutting mode for metals, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium.
After delivery of the Equipment, within 3 (three) working days, the Supplier shall carry out commissioning works with the instruction of two employees of the Buyer with the welding of product samples provided by the Buyer (Welding samples: St45 sheet 10 mm, St3.20 sheet 10 mm; VT1 pipes f110*4.5 mm; sheet 12KhN18T 10 mm; AMg6 sheet 4 mm. Surfacing samples: St45, St40KhN, 42 CrMo 4), welding wire for the listed materials shall be provided by the Supplier
The Equipment must be supplied with a set of spare parts for quickly wearing parts.
