The JUGAO bending machine installation training was successfully completed in Nigeria and received unanimous praise from the customer's frontline workers.

Recently, JUGAO's after-sales engineering team traveled to Nigeria and successfully arrived at the customer's production site to conduct specialized installation, commissioning, and operation training for the customer's newly purchased bending machine. After several days of intensive and well-organized work, the equipment passed acceptance testing on the first attempt, and the training mission was successfully completed.

On-site, the engineers not only efficiently completed installation procedures such as mechanical precision calibration, hydraulic system testing, and electrical safety interlocking, but also tailored the training course to the actual operating habits of local workers. From basic panel operation and mold selection to bending angle compensation techniques, the engineers provided one-on-one practical guidance to ensure that each operator could independently and accurately complete production tasks.

During the training, the factory area was filled with a strong learning atmosphere, and workers actively participated in practical exercises. One team leader excitedly stated, "The methods taught by JUGAO engineers are both simple and practical. The bending accuracy is much higher than the equipment we used before, and now everyone is eager to operate it!"
