JUGAO After-Sales Service Team Resolves Troubleshooting Issues with Dual-Machine Bending Machine and Laser Cutting Machine in Kirkuk, Iraq, Receives High Praise from Customer

Recently, the JUGAO after-sales technical service team traveled to Kirkuk, a major industrial city in northern Iraq, to ​​address two key technical challenges: a lack of pressure on the left side of a dual-machine bending machine and a laser cutting machine causing lens burns during perforation. Regarding the lack of pressure on the left side of the dual-machine bending machine, the engineers started with the hydraulic system, checking the oil valve assembly, pressure sensor, and synchronization control module one by one. They ultimately identified the issue as an abnormal signal from the proportional pressure valve on the left side of the machine and a slight blockage in the hydraulic circuit. After cleaning the valve assembly, recalibrating the pressure parameters, and synchronizing the control signals of both machines, the pressure of the left machine was restored to the set value, and the synchronization accuracy of the two machines reached ±0.1mm. The angle of the workpiece was consistent during the trial bending, which fully met the process requirements.

Regarding the issue of lens burns during laser cutting machine piercing, engineers analyzed the cutting process data and lens damage marks, determining that improper piercing parameter settings (excessive piercing power and insufficient air blowing delay) caused molten slag to splash and damage the lens. The team immediately optimized the piercing process parameters: reducing peak piercing power, extending the air blowing delay, adjusting the piercing height and focal point position, and replacing the protective lens with a new one. After multiple rounds of piercing tests on thick carbon steel and stainless steel plates, piercing was stable and slag-free, the lens surface was clean and undamaged, and the quality of the cut surface was significantly improved, completely resolving the persistent problem of frequent lens burns.

After troubleshooting, engineers also provided specialized training for operators, explaining in detail the key points of daily inspection of the bending machine's hydraulic system, the logic for optimizing laser cutting machine piercing parameters, and the specifications for replacing protective lenses, helping customers establish preventative maintenance awareness. A senior operator stated, “Previously, the bending machine had no pressure on the left side, and the laser kept burning the lens, which was a huge headache for us.
