1. Water Quality Cleaning and Maintenance of the Water Cooling Tank
It is crucial to ensure that the tube cutting machine is filled with circulating water. This is an important point to note. Every weekend, the water tank should be cleaned and the water changed, especially draining any existing water and replacing it with fresh purified or distilled water. The choice of circulating water is extremely important, directly affecting the machine's efficiency, the lifespan of consumables and components, and the main unit. It is recommended to maintain a constant water temperature when using designated water. Especially in summer, when the water temperature is high, it is essential to find ways to lower it. When cleaning the water cooling tank, turn off the power to the entire machine, ensure the water outlet pipe is unobstructed to allow water from the laser tube to flow automatically into the tank, and then turn on the power and run it for 2-3 minutes.

2. Cleaning and Maintenance of Optical Lenses (This must be done daily, and after turning off the entire machine)
Actually, the optical lenses of a laser tube cutting machine are not located in the control panel or the water-cooling tank, but rather in the cutting machine tool. However, the machine tool itself doesn't contain all of these lenses; they are limited to the laser tube, laser head, and oscillating gun. These include total reflection mirrors, partial reflection mirrors, and focusing mirrors, each with different functions in different positions. These directly affect the size of the laser spot and the precision and thickness of the tube cutting machine. Therefore, cleaning the optical lenses is essential. This must be done very carefully, using special laser lens cleaning paper with cleaning solution, slowly wiping from the center of the lens outwards in a rotating motion.

3. Maintenance and Cleaning of Lead Screw or Linear Guides (Cleaning these guides is relatively difficult; it's recommended to clean them every two weeks to a month).

Screws will inevitably loosen after the pipe cutting machine has been running for a period of time. We cannot allow a single loose screw to affect the entire machine. Therefore, it is essential to regularly tighten each screw, especially after the machine has been used for the first month. Regular inspection and tightening of all screws and bearings is necessary.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning of Cooling Fans
The hot air blower is a crucial component, including the cooling fans in the control panel and the water-cooled unit. These are important parts and difficult to clean, but cleaning is essential. Over time, dust and debris accumulate on the cooling fans, affecting their rotational efficiency, generating significant noise pollution, and hindering exhaust and heat dissipation in kitchens and bathrooms. If improper heat and smoke dissipation occurs, the power must be switched off immediately, and the fan removed for thorough cleaning. This will ensure the machine's efficiency and lifespan.
