Three-year agreement continues with a new chapter: JUGAO solves bending precision problems for old customers in Vietnam and launches intelligent production line upgrade plan

In July 2025, the JUGAO CNC technical team made a special visit to a core customer in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. The JG-100T/4100 CNC bending machine purchased by the company in 2023 has been running stably for more than 20,000 hours. This visit aims to cure the long-standing problem of angle rebound deviation that has plagued customers:

 Precise positioning: When the equipment is processing 3 meters long/16mm thick 304L stainless steel, the angle deviation at both ends of the Y axis reaches 0.8° (160% higher than the customer's internal control standard)

 Innovative solution: Using laser real-time feedback + AI compensation algorithm upgrade package (model: JG-SmartCompensator V3.0) to achieve ±0.1° military-grade accuracy

 Technology transfer: On-site certification of 6 Vietnamese engineers mastering dynamic deflection compensation parameter programming technology

Based on the excellent problem-solving results, both parties simultaneously launched the second phase of the production line upgrade plan:

New purchases:

12KW high-power laser cutting machine (JG-LC4015) → Solve the original plasma cutting burr problem

50-ton automatic material storage system (JG-ASRS-50T) → Achieve 24-hour continuous production

Cooperation upgrade:

Signed a five-year technical escort agreement (including remote diagnosis/quarterly process optimization)

Jointly build a training demonstration base in Vietnam
