Core challenges:

In the workshop of a lighting equipment factory in Orlan, the 2×300TON/6000mm NC double-machine linkage bending machine and DN500 light pole automatic welding machine face a "hell-level" installation environment:

Modular equipment with a total weight of 60 tons (30 tons per machine)

No crane or other lifting devices on site

The maximum level difference of the workshop floor is 50mm (4 times higher than the national standard)

 

Extreme installation record:

JUGAO 7-person technical team pioneered the "hydraulic jacking + laser positioning" method:

Millimeter-level leveling: using a 32-point hydraulic support system, the equipment installation plane error is 0.5mm/m on the inclined foundation;

No lifting and disassembly: the bending machine is disassembled into 15 modular units, and the heavy-duty roller system is used to accurately shift them;

7-day super mission: synchronously complete equipment assembly, hydraulic joint adjustment, welding machine track calibration and full staff training.

Y1/Y2 axis synchronization accuracy: ±0.03°

 

Full length angle deviation: <2° (exceeding EN 1090-2 standard)

DN500 welding machine first welding pass rate 100%

 

Circumferential weld penetration reaches 95% of the base material thickness

 

Welding speed increased to 1.8m/min

The customer's workshop director said frankly: "We compared the samples processed by Turkey's ERMAK equipment. The arc transition of JUGAO in the 6-meter bending section is smoother, and the dual-machine linkage speed is 40% faster than the single-machine production! This solves the production capacity bottleneck of the batch export of light poles."

The "Dual-machine linkage dynamic deflection compensation system" equipped this time can intelligently compensate for the bending deformation of ultra-long workpieces, which is 60% more efficient than traditional mechanical compensation.
