JUGAO partners with Egypt's AL Fahd company to build a smart production line for metal home accessories.

Recently, JUGAO, a leading global supplier of sheet metal processing equipment, visited and inspected the production base of AL Fahd, a well-known Egyptian manufacturer of metal home furnishing accessories, at the formal invitation of Mr. Ahmd Kamal, General Manager of AL Fahd. The visit aimed to deepen mutual understanding and provide customized solutions for AL Fahd's specific production needs.

AL Fahd specializes in manufacturing metal home furnishing products such as hooks, brackets, and various coat hooks, renowned in the local market for their durability and design. Accompanied by General Manager Ahmd Kamal, the JUGAO technical team toured the production workshop, observed the existing processes in detail, and held several fruitful discussions with AL Fahd's production and technical teams on core issues such as product precision, processing efficiency, material utilization, and future capacity expansion plans.

Based on a precise understanding of the client's production pain points, the JUGAO team responded quickly during the visit, tailoring a technology upgrade solution that integrates high efficiency, precision, and flexible production. This solution focuses on replacing or upgrading existing processes using advanced laser cutting and CNC bending technologies to comprehensively improve product consistency, the ability to process complex shapes, and overall production efficiency.

JUGAO's professional, pragmatic, and highly targeted solution received high praise from AL Fahd's management. After careful evaluation, AL Fahd ultimately decided to enter into a procurement agreement with JUGAO, officially introducing its high-performance fiber laser cutting machine and all-electric servo CNC bending machine. This marks a new stage of intelligent and automated manufacturing capabilities for AL Fahd.
