This week, the JUGAO international technical team completed a milestone service in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia - successfully installing and debugging the DA53T system 400T*6000 large CNC bending machine for a local sanitation equipment manufacturer, and realizing the full process trial production acceptance of the garbage truck bucket product. This project marks a key application breakthrough for JUGAO heavy equipment in the field of special vehicle manufacturing in the Middle East.

Precise working condition adaptation

In response to the multi-curvature bending requirements of high-strength steel plates (8-12mm) for garbage truck buckets, engineers optimized the 4+1 axis collaborative parameters of the DA53T system on site to ensure that the R angle transition is wrinkle-free and the product linear accuracy reaches ±0.25mm/m.

Intelligent process transplantation

Importing JUGAO's unique "multi-segment deflection compensation database" to solve the angle deviation problem at both ends of ultra-long workpieces (6000mm), improving the bending consistency by 30% compared with traditional processes.

Practical production empowerment

After 10 consecutive days of on-site guidance, the trial bending verification of 12 typical bucket products was completed, and a standardized processing program library was established. Customer employees can now independently operate mass production.

The difficulty of debugging this 400-ton "steel behemoth" was far beyond expectations," said the customer's production director. "The JUGAO team not only made the equipment run stably in a high-temperature environment, but also increased our truck bed forming efficiency to 22 pieces/day (originally 15 pieces), and the bending scrap rate was zero! "

The JUGAO iBend 3.0 cloud monitoring system was deployed during the commissioning, so that the Riyadh factory can obtain equipment status reports in real time and enjoy remote process support. The JUGAO Middle East Service Center now has a full range of DA53T spare parts in stock, and the response time is shortened to 48 hours.

With the successful completion of this project, JUGAO has deployed 17 heavy-duty bending equipment in the Middle East.
