HOANG HA Company joins hands with JUGAO to open a new chapter in intelligent upgrade of pipe processing

HOANG HA Company, a well-known Vietnamese automobile and motorcycle seat manufacturer, announced today that it has officially ordered advanced laser tube cutting machines and CNC tube bending machines from Chinese equipment manufacturer JUGAO Factory in order to improve its production automation level and core component processing capabilities. This decision marks a key step for HOANG HA Company in upgrading its manufacturing technology.‘

HOANG HA Company is an important supplier of automobile and motorcycle seats in Vietnam. Its product quality and production efficiency are of vital importance. At present, the factory relies on manual pipe bending machines and manual pipe cutting machines in production, and cooperates with milling machines, punching machines, shearing machines, bending machines and other equipment to complete the pipe processing. As the market's requirements for product accuracy, consistency and production efficiency continue to increase, the limitations of existing manual equipment have gradually emerged, becoming a key factor restricting capacity expansion and process improvement.

The soon-to-be-introduced JUGAO laser tube cutting machine will completely replace the traditional manual or semi-automatic tube cutting methods, achieving high-precision, high-speed, burr-free cutting of complex tube sections and significantly reducing material waste. The JUGAO CNC tube bending machine, with its advanced programming control and servo drive technology, can stably and efficiently complete the bending of tubes at various complex spatial angles, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the product curvature, far exceeding the processing level of manual tube bending.
