2. Wear parts that have lost too much of their original performance should be replaced promptly.

3. Regularly maintain the electrical system and replace faulty parts promptly.

4. When the profile bending machine is running, ensure that the temperature of moving parts does not exceed the specified limits.

Daily Maintenance Precautions for Profile Bending Machines:

1. The machine system oil temperature should be appropriate; the oil temperature in the oil tank should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius. Consider specific environmental conditions. If the machine operates in a hot environment, a higher viscosity hydraulic oil can be used. For better performance and a longer service life, minimize oil contamination. Clean or replace filter elements regularly.

2. Check the oil's deterioration level every six months. If it exceeds the usage limit, replace the oil promptly. 1. Drain the old oil, clean the oil tank, filter the new oil, and then put it into the oil tank through an oil filter to avoid mixing the old and new oils.

2. Regularly check the tightness of all pipe joints for leaks. Eliminate any abnormalities immediately.

3. If the profile bending machine has not been used for a long time, the air in the system will be depleted upon restarting.
