The profile bending machine has an arc-shaped, downward-adjustable structure. The upper roller is fixed, and the two lower rollers move in an arc relative to the upper roller around a central axis. Its main function is to pre-bend the ends of the profile and to bend and deform it. Simultaneously, the two lower rollers also serve as the main drive shafts, driven by hydraulic motors, to roll the bent profile into shape. To prevent twisting and deformation of the profile during the bending process and to improve bending accuracy, two support rollers and wheels are added, which can move vertically up and down to accommodate profiles of different specifications and bending radii. All movements of the profile bending machine are hydraulically driven, with centralized electrical control of the lifting and lowering movements of the two lower rollers. The operation is centralized on the control panel with a digital display. This machine has a reasonable structure, stable performance, superior functionality, and significant energy and material savings, making it an ideal profile bending equipment.

CNC stands for Numerical Control. CNC technology is a method of controlling mechanical motion and processing using digital information. In CNC lathe machining, the determination of the machining path for profile bending machines generally follows these principles:
1. It should ensure the accuracy and surface roughness of the workpiece being machined.
2. It should shorten the machining path, reduce idle travel time, and improve machining efficiency.
3. It should simplify the workload of numerical calculations and streamline the machining program as much as possible.
4. For some repetitive programs, subroutines should be used.

When using a steel profile bending machine for profile bending operations, the following precautions should be taken:
1. After starting the machine, run it idle for 1-2 minutes, allowing the upper slide to complete its full stroke 2-3 times. If any abnormal sounds or malfunctions are detected, stop the machine immediately, troubleshoot the problem, and only resume work after everything is normal.
2. If the upper slide and all positioning axes are not at their origin, run the return-to-origin program.
3. When multiple people are working, a designated person must be in charge. When processing parts are moving forward, backward, or turning over, the foreman must give instructions to other personnel, ensuring close coordination and synchronized actions.
4. When loading and unloading processed parts onto the rack, a designated person should be in charge. The vent switch should only be activated upon hearing the instruction, and the parts should be neatly arranged, leveled, and securely placed according to the designated management requirements.
5. When bending large angles, no one should stand at the bending end.
