How to Operate a Roller Plate Roller More Conveniently

To operate a roller plate roller correctly, we should start with the following points. Following these methods will make operating the universal plate roller much easier.

1. Clean the pinion, pinion bearing, and bearing housing. After cleaning, lubricate the bearings and tighten the screws on the cover. Check if the reducer and auxiliary reducer housings of the universal plate roller are clean. If cleaning is necessary, apply machine oil after cleaning. Measure and check the length of the couplings, and check if the couplings on the reducer output shaft and pinion shaft are properly installed.

2. Prepare the foundation and foundation holes.

3. Drill the mortar blocks for the reducer, motor, and auxiliary transmission according to the elevation given in the drawings.

4. Pre-bend the plate. First, adjust the plate to be pre-bent to the appropriate position (determined by the position where the plate needs to be pre-bent). Second, adjust the support moving cylinders to move the two supports to the appropriate position for easy pre-bending of the material. Finally, operate the upper roller to press the hydraulic cylinder down to the surface of the material (parallel left and right).

5. To roll the sheet, start the main motor and operate the press button (synchronous left and right) to begin rolling. No one should be on either side of the universal plate rolling machine during operation to prevent the rolled workpiece from slipping out and causing an accident. Make the motor rotate in the correct direction, and complete the rolling process by repeatedly applying pressure and rotating in the correct direction.
